Sources of Funding

SNF is supported by donations from Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA) members, nursing school alumnae associations, corporate groups, and the public.

Personal Donations

Receipts for income tax are issued for all donations. Donations of $500 or more in a year will have a bursary "named" in their honor.

Memory Donations


Receipts for income tax are issued for all donations. Memorium cards acknowledging receipt of a memory donation are forwarded to indicated individuals. Memory donations "in memory of" are recorded in a memorial book. A memorial bursary in the name of the individual will be established for donations of $500 or more.

Fundraising Activities

A major fund-raising activity of the SNF is the annual spring auction. Donated items, such as arts and crafts, are auctioned at this entertaining event. Receipts for income tax purposes are issued for donated items.
