Named Bursaries

Gordon Barnhart Bursary


This bursary is awarded to a nurse enrolled in a health related Masters or Doctoral program. Preference is given to a person of Aboriginal or Metis ancestry.

 

Conexus Credit Union Masters and Baccalaureate Bursaries


Originally established in 1993 as the Sherwood Credit Union Bursary, since 2003 the Conexus Credit Union has provided two bursaries, one to a student enrolled in a baccalaureate program and the second to a student enrolled in a masters program.

 

Jean Mahoney Bursary

In 1995, the Jean Mahoney Bursary was established by the Saskatchewan Nurses Foundation (SNF) in recognition of Jean's years of dedicated service and support to SNF. The bursary is awarded annually to a registered nurse enrolled in a baccalaureate, masters, or doctoral program.

 

Saskatoon City Hospital Nurses Alumnae Bursary


This bursary was initially established by a grant from the Saskatoon City Hospital Nurses Alumnae and continues to be supported by donations from Alumnae. It was given for the first time in 1999. Preference is given to a Saskatoon City Hospital School of Nursing graduate.

 

Regina Grey Nuns Hospital Nurses Alumnae Bursary


This bursary was initially established by a grant from the Regina Grey Nuns Hospital Nurses Alumae and continues to be supported by donations from Alumnae. It is awarded to a registered nurse enrolled in a recognized nursing degree program. Preference is given to a Regina Grey Nuns Hospital School of Nursing Graduate.

 

John Engel Bursary

This bursary is awarded to a registered nurse enrolled in a baccalaureate, masters or doctoral program.
