The Saskatchewan Nurses Foundation (SNF) is a registered charity that provides financial assistance to eligible nurses whose objective is to enhance their nursing practice by furthering their education in nursing.

SNF is managed by a board of directors which consists of six members from the nursing profession and two members from the public. Ex-officio members include one representatives from each of the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses' Association and the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses. A part time Executive Director is responsible for day to day operations.
